Product Information
Descriptions, imagery, and availability
We work to present our products accurately through descriptions, imagery, fragrance impressions, and specifications. However, product images, fragrance descriptions, scent intensity, packaging, and availability may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, batch differences, or updates.
Fragrance is subjective. Scent impressions describe the intended aroma and ambience—they are not guarantees of how a fragrance will smell in every cabin, room, or workspace. Individual sensitivity to fragrance may vary.
VELRA products are intended to enhance ambience through fragrance. They are not medical devices and are not sold to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the price and terms shown at checkout. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send an order confirmation (or equivalent communication).
We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incomplete information. If payment was collected, we will arrange a refund as applicable.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. VELRA does not store full payment card details on its own systems. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing the transaction.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, offers, and stock
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We may change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Promotional pricing, preorders, and limited releases may have specific conditions communicated on the relevant product or campaign page.
Shipping
Delivery
Shipping timelines, processing, tracking, and delivery care are described in our Shipping Policy. Orders are typically shipped and delivered to the address provided at checkout within 3 to 4 business days. By placing an order, you agree to review your delivery details carefully before checkout.
Risk of loss for products generally passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, subject to applicable law and carrier terms.
Replacement and Warranty
Support after delivery
VELRA offers replacement only for eligible cases — such as items damaged in transit, incorrectly delivered, dead on arrival, or confirmed defective — as set out in our Replacement & Warranty Policy. Velra devices include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects and internal malfunctions under normal use.
Replacement requests are reviewed after verification. Eligible replacements are typically fulfilled within 3 to 4 business days once our team has confirmed eligibility. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or an equivalent device depending on the issue and availability.
VELRA does not offer returns for change of mind, fragrance preference, opened or used products, or products affected by misuse — including where a scent profile does not match personal expectation when the product is otherwise as described. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in India.

Product Usage and Safety
Using VELRA products responsibly
Please use VELRA products only as instructed in the product manual, packaging, or official guidance. Follow recommended fill levels, power sources, charging accessories, and diffuser settings.
- Use only recommended fragrance oils or formats specified for your device
- Do not overfill, modify, or open the device unless instructed
- Use the correct charging cable and power source
- Keep devices away from children and pets when in use
- Discontinue use if you experience irritation and ventilate the space
VELRA is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, overfilling, modification, use of non-recommended liquids, wrong power source, accidental damage, tampering, opening, or unauthorized repair.
Intellectual Property
Branding and content
All trademarks, logos, product names, imagery, copy, and website content are owned by VELRA or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
What we are responsible for
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VELRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise.
We provide the website and products on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access at all times.
