To keep VELRA Aura at its best, clean the internal diffusion pathway periodically. Every 1 to 2 months—or after long non-use—fill an empty bottle with 95% alcohol and run for 10 to 15 minutes, then power off, empty, and reassemble before refilling with fragrance.

Warranty
VELRA Aura includes a 1-year limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects and internal device malfunctions under normal usage from the date of delivery. It excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, non-recommended oils or liquids, consumables, and normal wear and tear.
